Returns

At Major Caps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused.
In their original condition.
Returned with all original tags, labels and packaging.
Free from damage caused after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed or altered unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back.

Please include:

Your order number.
Your name.
The reason for the return.

We will provide instructions for returning your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return postage costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Where you exercise your legal right to cancel an online order, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid for the order. Any additional cost for an upgraded or premium delivery service is not refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

A replacement.
A repair (where applicable).
A full refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order through our website.
