Shipping Information

At Major Caps, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery: usually 2-4 working days after dispatch. Orders are normally processed within 1-2 working days.

FREE UK Delivery is available on orders over £40.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver within the estimated times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

Major Caps cannot accept responsibility for delays once an order has been handed to the delivery carrier.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.
