We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

All products sold by Major Caps are genuine officially licensed merchandise.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

5. Orders

Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel any order where:

payment cannot be authorised
stock is unavailable
pricing errors occur
fraudulent activity is suspected

If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments and any other payment methods displayed during checkout.

7. Shipping

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders as advertised on our website.

8. Returns

Customers may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order.

Items must be:

unworn
unused
in original condition
with original labels attached

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, images and text, remains the property of Major Caps or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
